Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the consulting services, resources, and materials provided by JudahTribe Co, LLC. By accessing or using our Services, you, the Client agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Privacy Policy  and Client Responabilities

Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed for us to perform the Services.

  • Ensure that any decisions made and actions taken based on our recommendations are your own responsibility.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.

  • Written content and personal images  will be provided by the client. 

  •  Established deadlines must be adhered to be successful

*You understand that the success of any consulting engagement depends in part on your participation, implementation, and timely follow-through. 

Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Fees for our Services will be outlined in an Engagement Agreement, invoice, or on our website. All fees are stated in [currency, e.g., U.S. dollars] unless otherwise noted.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• ALL projects require a 35% deposit before the start of services. No Exceptions

• Payment is due upon receipt of services.

• Late payments may be subject to a [late fee or interest] as permitted by applicable law.

**Day of Services

A service that is provided same-day to troubleshoot or installation of progams etc, will be charged an hourly rate and the invoice will be sent upon completion of the service. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

For one-on-one sessions, workshops, or calls:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours/days in advance.

• If you cancel with less notice, we may charge for travel expenses. (If  required)

No Refunds 

Because our custom work is time- and expertise-based, fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered or work has begun, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
